ABOUT
Emerge StrongHer was founded by Dr. Tina Floyd while obtaining her Doctor of Education degree in Administration and Leadership. While working with other non-profits in the community and young females looking to further their education, Dr. Floyd discovered an unrepresented need to mentor females while empowering women, girls, and gender equity issues.
